RETURNS AND CHANGES OF SIZES
For any return or size change should contact customer service creating a new ticket in our TICKETS section or by pressing the button that you can find a little further down. Requests for returns or changes in size will not be answered via email.
You can see the status of your ticket in the ticket section, for this you must be logged in with your username and password.
Returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
We have temporarily disabled size changes because we cannot guarantee stock. We recommend that you contact us to check if there is stock or find another alternative to make the change. Otherwise, you must place a new order with the new desired size and manage a return separately through the tickets.
HOW SHOULD YOU SEND THE FOOTWEAR?
The products must keep their seal of origin or packaging intact and that there are no symptoms of having been used and with all the interior packaging accessories, inner paper that protects them and padding. Returns will not be accepted if everything is not in perfect condition.
CAN YOU SEND THE BOX DIRECTLY?
No, you cannot send the shoe box directly to us with the shipping label attached to it. You must send us the footwear that you want to return fully protected, you can use, for example, a plastic or garbage bag, a larger cardboard box or a bubble envelope. In any case, if the shoe box has been returned without any external protection and the label has been affixed directly to the original box, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the same or the depreciation that the product may have suffered or even NOT accept the return.
Time for a return
You have 14 calendar days, which is the legal term to exercise your right of withdrawal from when you receive your order to make a return or change of size. As soon as you send us a ticket, the time for the return stops. The deadline for submitting the return request since the response with the tag is generated it's a week, after a week said return will not be accepted.
If the return is processed with Correos Express, the delivery person makes two collection attempts. After these two attempts you have to send us the return package by your means within a period not exceeding 7 days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN?
The client must bear the shipping costs in case of return. There is the possibility that we request the collection of the order at your home through Express Mail, in that case when the amount paid is returned, the aforementioned collection will be deducted. You can also make the return by your means in which case you must include a text referring to the order number so that we can locate it.
The return costs are 4.99€ up to 1 pair of shoes, 6€ up to 2 pairs, for more pairs the price will vary according to the weight. Prices valid for Spain – peninsula.
In the case of the Balearic and Canary Islands, check before, the prices vary depending on the weight and are from 8€.
In the case of a total return and if the initial order was free, the one-way shipping amount of €4.99 or the cost of the transport you chose will also be deducted.
In case of partial return, if the amount of the minimum order is not reached so that the shipment is free, the cost of the initial transport will also be deducted €4.99 or another transport cost according to the chosen one, that is, the total transport costs of round trip €9.99.
Doubts? Keep in mind that in the event that you make a return or exchange of a product and the total amount paid for your order does not exceed €40/€70 respectively, you must pay the shipping costs that were free at the time and also the €4 of the return of the return/exchange if it has been processed by us.
ERRORS ON OUR PART
In the event of an error on the part of Deditos Barefoot, we will proceed to make the change, at no cost to you, sending you the product in the shortest time possible. In no case will an item that has been manipulated or damaged by the action of the client be returned.
If you have sent an email, ticket or your case is urgent and you have not received a response from us in more than 5-7 days, do not hesitate to call us or contact us again, we are human and it is possible that due to computer error or similarly we have lost its procedure.
Time for a return

After verifying that the footwear received is in perfect condition, refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 days since we have received the package and in the form of initial payment with which you had placed the order.
RETURNS FROM PORTUGAL
Currently we cannot send you a label from Spanish transport companies to your address in Portugal so that they can collect the footwear. So you have to send us the products you want to return by your own means to our store. You can use for example the cheap service of Pack Point for shipment from Portugal to Spain.
If a product is observed on our website or the cost of transport whose cost was €0 (except collection at the Orihuela store) and even if the customer adds it to the cart and/or processes the order and after checking Deditos Barefoot that the price is not correct the order will be canceled until the error is corrected with the correct price.
